SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the www.colabplatforms.ai website, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). www.colabplatforms.ai ("Colab Platforms," "we," "our," or "us") owned by Colab Platforms Limited, New Delhi, offers a unified gateway to leading AI systems, including Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude, and Perplexity, alongside specialized tools for prompt refinement, image creation (where supported), audio-to-text transcription, and persistent contextual memory to power more intelligent, efficient workflows designed for productivity, research, and decision-support use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Colab Platforms. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

SECTION 2: DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "Platform" means the ColabPlatforms.ai website, applications, software, features, tools, and services.
  • "User" or "you" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
  • "User Content" includes prompts, queries, uploads, saved contextual memory, conversations, files, and other materials submitted by users.
  • "AI-generated outputs" means text, images, video, or other content generated through artificial intelligence systems accessed via the Platform.

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in a specific Section have the meanings assigned to them in these Terms or in context.

SECTION 3: SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

ColabPlatforms.ai offers multiple subscription plans based on your category and usage. You may subscribe any suitable subscription plan. The details of the subscription plans, promotional offers and inclusions are mentioned in the relevant section of the website. Colabplatforms.ai reserves the right to modify the subscription plans.

SECTION 4: AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

This Section governs who may access and use the "www.colabplatforms.ai" website, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). www.colabplatforms.ai ("ColabPlatforms," "we," "our," or "us") operates a professional, AI-powered workspace designed for productivity, research, and decision-support use.

Minimum Age Requirement

The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. ColabPlatforms.ai does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of eighteen to create accounts, access, or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Children's Data and Safety

ColabPlatforms.ai does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from children. The Platform is not designed for use by minors and does not offer child-directed services or content. If ColabPlatforms.ai becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of eighteen, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information and restrict further access, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

Use of the Platform is limited to individuals and entities that are legally permitted to access and use such services under applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation. If you access the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Users are expected to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Use of the Platform must respect the rights, dignity, privacy, and safety of others and must not undermine the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform.

Prohibited and Restricted Uses

The Platform must not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Users must not use the Platform in a manner that involves or facilitates:

  • Illegal activity, including the creation, promotion, or execution of fraud, scams, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
  • The generation, distribution, or promotion of content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or sexually exploitative.
  • The infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or other proprietary rights of third parties.
  • Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or public figures, or the creation of misleading representations regarding identity, affiliation, or authority.
  • The development, dissemination, or execution of malware, hacking tools, exploits, or other content intended to compromise the security of systems, networks, or data.
  • The creation or use of deepfakes, synthetic media, or misleading content in a manner intended to deceive, defraud, or cause harm.
  • The use of the Platform for mass surveillance, profiling, or decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards and human oversight.

SECTION 6: AI USE & RESPONSIBLE AI

The Platform is designed to support research, creativity, productivity, and decision-support workflows by enabling structured interaction with artificial intelligence models.

Role and Responsibility of Users

Users are responsible for how they interact with artificial intelligence systems through the Platform and for how they use, interpret, and apply AI-generated outputs. Users must exercise appropriate judgment, discretion, and human oversight when relying on AI outputs, particularly in contexts involving sensitive, high-risk, or consequential decisions.

Nature and Limitations of AI Systems

Artificial intelligence systems accessed through the Platform generate outputs based on statistical and probabilistic methods. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading and may vary between models and over time. AI-generated outputs do not represent verified facts or authoritative conclusions and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice, independent research, or human expertise.

Human Oversight and Decision Support

The Platform is designed to support human decision-making, not to replace it. AI outputs are intended to assist with ideation, analysis, drafting, and exploration of perspectives. The Platform must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal, medical, financial, or similarly significant effects on individuals or organizations without independent verification and human judgment.

SECTION 7: CONTENT MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

The purpose of content moderation on ColabPlatforms.ai is to ensure that the Platform is used responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with professional and ethical standards. ColabPlatforms.ai seeks to balance user autonomy and freedom of expression with the need to prevent misuse, harm, and legal exposure.

ColabPlatforms.ai employs a combination of automated systems and human review to identify, assess, and respond to potential violations of these Terms. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, ColabPlatforms.ai may take appropriate enforcement action including issuing warnings or notices, removing or restricting access to specific content, limiting or disabling certain Platform features, suspending or terminating accounts, or reporting conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

SECTION 8: DATA RETENTION & DELETION

ColabPlatforms.ai retains personal data and user content only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, fulfill contractual and legal obligations, protect the security and integrity of services, and support legitimate business operations.

User content, including prompts, conversations, AI-generated outputs, and saved contextual memory, is retained for as long as a user maintains an active account or until such content is deleted by the user. Upon deletion, data is removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Certain data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

SECTION 9: DMCA / COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

ColabPlatforms.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This Section is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.

If you believe that content available through the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent at cs@colabplatforms.com.

SECTION 10: ENTERPRISE & TEAM USAGE

The Platform enables teams and enterprises to collaborate using artificial intelligence across shared workspaces, projects, folders, and contextual memory. Enterprise and team accounts may designate one or more administrators with elevated privileges. Administrators are responsible for managing user access, assigning permissions, configuring workspace settings, and overseeing compliance with these Terms.

SECTION 11: IMAGE AND VIDEO CREATION

The Platform's image and video generation features are designed to support creativity, visualization, ideation, storytelling, design, and professional workflows. These tools are not intended to deceive, manipulate, exploit, or cause harm.

Users must not use the Platform to create, modify, or distribute images or videos that:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Depict sexual content involving minors or exploitative imagery
  • Portray non-consensual sexual content, including deepfake sexual imagery
  • Impersonate or falsely depict real individuals in a manner intended to deceive
  • Create deepfakes intended to misinform or cause reputational harm
  • Facilitate harassment, hate, threats, or violence

SECTION 12: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, architecture, source code, object code, algorithms, user interface, workflows, prompt enhancement systems, contextual memory mechanisms, visual design, trademarks, logos, branding, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to ColabPlatforms.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform, including prompts, uploaded materials, saved contextual memory, and other inputs. Nothing in this Section transfers ownership of User Content to ColabPlatforms.ai.

SECTION 13: USER CONTENT & DATA OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform, including prompts, uploaded files, saved contextual memory, and other materials ("User Content"). ColabPlatforms.ai does not claim ownership over User Content.

By submitting User Content, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit, store, process, and reuse such content through the Platform and that doing so does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

SECTION 14: THIRD-PARTY AI MODEL DISCLAIMER

The Platform provides access to artificial intelligence models developed and operated by independent third-party providers. These models may include large language models, image generation systems, and other AI technologies offered by providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and others.

ColabPlatforms.ai does not develop, train, own, operate, or control these third-party AI models. The availability of a third-party AI model through the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by ColabPlatforms.ai of the accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, or suitability of that model or its outputs.

SECTION 15: SHARING & PUBLICATION

Users are solely responsible for any content they choose to share or publish, including prompts, conversations, AI-generated outputs, images, videos, and contextual memory extracts. ColabPlatforms.ai does not review, approve, or endorse content prior to sharing or publication.

Where content generated through the Platform is shared publicly or used in contexts where transparency is important, users are encouraged to clearly disclose that the content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

SECTION 16: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscription payments to Colab Platforms are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much you use the service during your subscription period—including unused tokens, partial months, or features you don't utilize.

What Cancellation Does (and Doesn't) Do

You can cancel your subscription anytime, which will stop all future charges immediately. However, cancellation won't result in a refund for the current billing cycle. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Legal Exceptions

In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require otherwise, we'll comply with those requirements.

SECTION 17: MISCELLANEOUS, DISCLAIMERS, TERMINATION, AND GOVERNING TERMS

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, including all features, tools, artificial intelligence systems, AI-generated outputs, and related services, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColabPlatforms.ai disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColabPlatforms.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ColabPlatforms.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of AI-generated outputs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the courts designated by ColabPlatforms.ai, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
